A sustainable metropolis, European Green Capital

With its 320 km of bike lanes, Grenoble is the second-leading French metropolis for bicycle use and was named the most bike-friendly large city in France by the FUB. The city has an efficient public transportation network, with five tram lines and 80 bus routes. All convention centers and over 90% of hotels are accessible by tram, facilitating eco-friendly event planning. La Caserne de Bonne, the first certified eco-district in France, illustrates the city’s commitment to sustainable development.
